Please email us or complete the short enquiry form and we will get straight back to you, we will usually reply within 12 hours, if a longer time passes please drop us another email as often we can have email server issues whilst away from the office or even send us a facebook message.
You may want to “join a tour” that is already planned or you may want an exclusive tour for just you or you and your group, it’s simple tell us the dates and anything else you think we should know and we’ll get straight back to you.
All drivers will need a driving license from their own country however once off road we will allow COMPETENT drivers regardless of age or license status to take to the wheel. We will assess every case individually
Once all details are confirmed agreed and finalized please complete the booking form on this page. Important. Please complete 1 Booking form per driver and/or passenger.
Tour Dates
We ask for a 40% deposit via bank transfer with the booking and the balance to be paid on arrival in Chiang Mai.

Travel insurance
We advise you to ensure you have adequate travel insurance purchased in your own country.
Arrival in Thailand
We will meet you at the agreed airport, usually Chiang Mai, but we will meet you at Bangkok if you prefer for some recreation before or after the tour. We can even guide you in coastal resorts in Pattaya, Phuket or Hua Hin or even the vibrant city of Bangkok. We will transfer you to your accommodation and we will meet for a briefing, usually the night before the tour starts
Luggage
We can provide waterproof kit bags for your tour and we will also offer secure storage for your main luggage whilst we are away from Chiang Mai.
